You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return conditions
The item must be unused, in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be requested.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with photos of the product and its packaging so we can review your request.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product received is defective, damaged on delivery or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a maximum of 5 days after approval.
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery or returned after the applicable return period may not be eligible for a refund.
Return instructions
Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from our team. Return shipments cannot be sent back to China; depending on the destination, a returned parcel may be directed to an overseas warehouse for redelivery and additional fees may apply.
