When will my order arrive?

Orders normally require 2–3 business days for inspection, reinforced repackaging and shipment preparation. International transit to Canada normally takes approximately 8–15 days after dispatch. Delivery times can vary by carrier and destination.

How are fragile products packaged?

Fragile products are prepared with a thickened outer box and foam protection, with reinforced international packaging when required.

Can I return an item?

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us with photos of the product and its packaging so we can review the request.
